About me
I am a London-based, Humanistic Integrative counsellor and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also the founder of Counselling Connect, a service designed to make the search for the right type of therapy clearer and less overwhelming.
In addition to my private practice, I have experience of working in NHS and bereavement counselling services.
I am part of the Aashna community of counsellors and psychotherapists and I am committed to embracing difference and individuality in my counselling practice. I am also a founding member of the Men’s Counselling Service.
I am very interested in work-related stress and workplace mental health and often work with organisations to improve their wellbeing practices. I also have a keen interest in mental health in elite sport, and have undertaken a Sports Psychotherapy training.
My clinical work is fully insured and professionally supervised in accordance with BACP guidelines.
I am registered with Axa, Aviva and Bupa and welcome any clients wishing to use their health insurance for sessions.
