About me
I am a London-based, qualified Humanistic Integrative counsellor PG.Dip (MBACP). In addition to my private practice, I have experience of working in NHS and bereavement counselling services.
I am part of the Aashna community of counsellors and psychotherapists and I am committed to embracing difference and individuality in my counselling practice.
I am very interested in work-related stress and workplace mental health and often work with organisations to improve their wellbeing practices. I also have a keen interest in mental health in elite sport, and have undertaken a Sports Psychotherapy training.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by their code of ethics and work to their strict professional standards.
My clinical work is fully insured and professionally supervised in accordance with BACP guidelines.
