The first session can be daunting…

I understand that you may feel anxious before the first session. I will work with you to manage those feelings and help you feel comfortable. It is important that you feel safe and able to trust yourself to let go in the counselling space.

During our first session, I will ask you some brief questions about your history and current lifestyle, so that I can begin to better understand you and your experience, and build a picture about how we may work together.

The first session will be at a reduced rate, which will be agreed in advance.
