Couples and relationship counselling

Relationship therapy is often a place where people come to get some extra support for all types of relationships - whether it is for adult family members, couples or multi-partnered intimate relationships, or friends or colleagues - I welcome anyone to explore how counselling may help them.

It may be that there are challenges with communication, intimacy or you are struggling to find resolution for a difficult decision. I will help you to understand your individual needs and support you in navigating your difficulties together.

How much does it cost?

Couples counselling costs £130 per 60-minute session. It may be useful to our work for us to do some individual sessions as well, which will be charged at the same rate and will also be for the same duration.

I work both online (Zoom) and in-person. I hold face-to-face sessions at Therapy Space East in Shoreditch and Aashna in North London (N12).

What to expect in the first session

There will be a short questionnaire to complete beforehand, and during our first session I will ask you some brief questions about the history of your relationship and your current experience. It’s really important that I build a comprehensive picture of your relationship, as well as how you are as individuals.

I understand that starting counselling may feel daunting, but I commit to creating a safe and trusting environment for you to explore your relationship challenges and help you feel as comfortable as possible from the start.
