I offer weekly counselling for individuals and couples, with options to meet in-person in Shoreditch (East London), Finchley (North London), or online via Zoom across the UK and Europe. My sessions are warm, inclusive and trauma-informed, tailored to support you through whatever you’re facing.

What I offer

Individual counselling

  • £80 per 50-minute session

  • Available weekly in-person or online

  • Focus areas include anxiety, low self-esteem, identity, grief, trauma and burnout

  • £130 per 60-minute session

  • Support for communication breakdowns, conflict, intimacy, trust issues and life transitions

  • Sessions in-person or online

Single session counselling (one-off session)

  • £80 for a 50-minute standalone session

  • A helpful option to review a specific challenge or dilemma, for prompt solutions to an immediate issue

Wellbeing MOT (one-off session)

  • £160 for a 90-minute standalone session

  • A review of your emotional health, ideal for checking in, gaining clarity or navigating a transition without committing to ongoing therapy

Free introductory call

  • 15-minute call for individual, 30-minutes via Zoom for couples / relationships

  • A chance to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit

  • How much is therapy?

    Individual sessions are £80. Couples sessions are £130. A one-off Wellbeing MOT is £160.

  • Do you offer concessions?

    A limited number of concession slots are available. Please get in touch to enquire.

  • Can I try a session first?

    Yes — I offer a free introductory call. You can also book a one-off single session of counselling or a longer Wellbeing MOT to explore things in more depth without committing to ongoing sessions.
